I grew up the Canadian Rocky Mountains and still to this day love to be in, look at and experience all that nature has to offer. My primary focus has shifted from Interior Design to fostering a closer connection with nature, promoting self-sufficiency through food cultivation, advocating for energy conservation, and reducing carbon emissions.

Areas in which I am passionate about and specialize in include:

• Biophilic Design: Creating spaces that foster a deeper connection with nature

• Ecological Design: Minimizing environmental impact by considering the entire life cycle of
  products and systems

• Energy Conservation: Providing guidance on using energy more efficiently and offering
  references for energy-saving products

• Carbon Reduction: Educating and raising awareness, particularly among youth, on ways to
  reduce carbon emissions through composting, recycling, and reusing materials

• Horticulture: Teaching individuals how to grow their own herbs, fruits, and vegetables,
  fostering self-reliance and a stronger bond with nature

• Sustainability: Offering information on companies and products that prioritize
  sustainability efforts, promoting informed consumer choices

I am passionate about helping regain the abundance of beauty for not only myself, but for my kids, and for all future generations to come.
